Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

This platform ("Central Auth") is operated by SC INNOVALISTA SRL, a company registered in Romania. Central Auth is hosted at auth.aiblewmymind.com and provides a single account for the AI Blew My Mind ("AIBMM") ecosystem of services.

2. Definitions

  • "Central Auth" — the authentication platform at auth.aiblewmymind.com.
  • "Services" — the websites, applications, and tools within the AIBMM ecosystem that rely on Central Auth for user identity.
  • "Account" — your Central Auth user account, identified by your email address.
  • "User Secrets" — third-party API keys or credentials you choose to store through Central Auth.
  • "Perks" — cross-service entitlements (such as premium features) granted to your Account by a Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an Account. By creating an Account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide (including your email address) is accurate.

4. Your Account

4.1 Single Identity

Your Account provides a single identity across all AIBMM Services. When you sign up, we create a central record tied to your email address. You may also link a Google account for faster sign-in.

4.2 Security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify us immediately at support@aiblewmymind.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4.3 Suspension

We may suspend or restrict your Account if we reasonably believe it has been compromised, is being used in violation of these Terms, or poses a security risk to the platform or other users. We will notify you of any suspension and the reason for it, unless doing so would compromise security.

5. Ecosystem Services and Your Data

5.1 Authorization

When you authorize a Service through Central Auth, we share certain data with that Service to enable your access. This includes your email address, a unique user identifier, your email verification status, and any active Perks associated with your Account.

5.2 Independent Terms

Each Service in the AIBMM ecosystem has its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must read and accept each Service's terms separately before using that Service. Central Auth's Terms govern only the authentication and account-management layer — not the individual Services themselves.

5.3 Data Controller Relationship

When you authorize a Service, that Service becomes an independent data controller for the data it receives through the authorization. Although SC INNOVALISTA SRL may also operate the Service, the Service's own Terms and Privacy Policy govern how it handles your data.

5.4 Revoking Access

You may revoke a Service's access to your Account at any time. However, revoking access does not delete data already transmitted to and stored by that Service. To request deletion of data held by a specific Service, contact that Service directly under its own policies.

6. User Secrets

6.1 Storage and Encryption

Central Auth allows you to store third-party API keys and credentials ("User Secrets") so that AIBMM Services can access them on your behalf. User Secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are only decrypted when explicitly requested by an authorized Service.

6.2 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the API keys you store. You must ensure you have the right to use those keys and that their storage complies with the relevant third party's terms of service.

6.3 Security Commitment and Breach Notification

We commit to maintaining industry-standard security measures to protect your User Secrets. In the event of a security breach that may have exposed your User Secrets, we will notify you promptly (and in any case within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach). Upon receiving such notification, you must rotate your affected keys immediately.

6.4 Limitation

Our liability for unauthorized access to User Secrets is limited as described in Section 9 (Limitation of Liability). We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of User Secrets storage and are not liable for any losses arising from your use of stored credentials with third-party services.

7. Perks and Entitlements

Services may grant Perks to your Account (for example, as part of a subscription). Perks are synced across the ecosystem so that all Services you use can recognize them. Perks are informational entitlements — they represent what a granting Service has chosen to offer, and may be revoked by that Service at any time in accordance with its own Terms.

8. Account Deletion

8.1 Requesting Deletion

You may request deletion of your Account at any time from your account dashboard. We will send a confirmation email; your deletion is scheduled only after you confirm.

8.2 Grace Period

After confirmation, there is a 30-day grace period during which your Account is deactivated but not yet deleted. You may cancel the deletion at any time during this period by signing in and choosing to cancel.

8.3 Permanent Deletion

After the grace period, your Account and all associated data (including User Secrets, Perks, service links, and audit logs) are permanently deleted. We also notify all Services where your Account was provisioned so they can remove your data under their own policies.

8.4 Effect on Services

Deletion of your Central Auth Account does not automatically delete accounts or data held by individual Services. Each Service processes deletion notifications according to its own policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 "As Is"

Central Auth is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SC INNOVALISTA SRL's total liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (for the Central Auth platform specifically). This cap does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

9.3 Third-Party Services

We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or data practices of AIBMM ecosystem Services or any third-party service whose API keys you store through Central Auth.

10. Modifications to These Terms

10.1 Minor Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. For non-material changes (such as clarifications or typo corrections), we will post the updated Terms and notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Central Auth after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10.2 Material Changes

For material changes — such as changes to data sharing practices, your rights, or liability provisions — we will require you to actively re-accept the updated Terms at your next login after the effective date. You will be shown a summary of what changed. If you do not accept, you may continue to use your Account under the previous version for a reasonable transition period, or delete your Account.

10.3 Version History

We maintain a version history of these Terms. Each version is identified by a version number and effective date.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Romania. However, if you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your member state of residence, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

11.3 EU Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
